RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  1. Returns and exchanges
    Drip Footwear recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want to make sure
    you are completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. If you change your mind about a purchase made,
    you have 30 days from the day you receive your delivery to return the item.
    A customer is permitted to return a sneaker if it is faulty or damaged from the time it was with the store. However, the
    customer may not return the sneaker if it is damaged in their possession because they mishandled the sneaker.
    Each sneaker that is returned will go through inspection before a return is granted. If upon inspection it is found that the
    sneaker is not defective you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
    The customer is responsible for making sure that they keep their proof of payment and order number in case they decide
    to return the sneaker. The customer is permitted to exchange their sneaker at any Drip Footwear store, provided they are
    in possession of their receipt/proof of payment.
    The following process is undertaken for return of sneakers bought online;
    You will need to contact us to return your sneaker. We will need your proof of payment or order number to
    process the return. You can do this by contacting us on our email on online@dripsa.co.za or through our
    Whatsapp number on 067 274 6170.
    • We will then lodge a collection with our courier provider. Alternatively, the customer can return
    the sneaker at their nearest PEP store to be delivered to PEP Centurion Mall.
    • Should you return your order via PEP, you will be required to forward the unique collection
    pin provided by PEP to our email address or on Whatsapp.
    • Once we have confirmed the arrival of your sneaker, we will either exchange or refund you
    the amount you paid, according to your request.
  2. Refunds
    The customer is also permitted to ask for a refund if the sneaker they want to exchange or replace is out of stock.
    Refunds will be facilitated on Tuesdays.
    The refunded amount will reflect in accordance with the bank’s EFT clearance schedule. This may
    take two to three business days to reflect on the beneficiary’s statement.
  3. Six months return policy for defective goods
    In line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, a customer may return defective merchandise within
    six months. We will gladly accept the return of the defective goods provided proof of purchase is produced,
    and upon inspection, the shoe was not mishandled by the customer.
  4. Order cancellations
    As part of the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you may be entitled to cancel your
    order without reason or penalty within 7 days of delivery.
    If you would like to cancel your order before delivery please call us as soon as possible.
    Once your order has been dispatched and it has been handed over to our courier partner we will
    only be able to initiate a cancellation and a refund when the items are back at our Fulfilment warehouse
